ABC WC SIF seeks to provide more control over the influence of insurance costs by giving commercial contractors and suppliers in the state of Tennessee a Workers' Compensation self insurance pool that is:

• a viable alternative to the commercial insurance market;
• designed to provide long term financial stability;
